Yeah.. some of my friends started playing LoL, and after that they couldnt play DotA or HoN properly. League of Legends is much simpler and easier to play. I play it sometimes because i like the toonish animations and the big number of quotes, but im addicted to the original heroes .-.
BTW, they should increase the time between the quotes, sometimes it gets on my nerves, and its always the same thing

What quotes exactly?

all of them o-o'
each hero has, like, 4 to 5 quotes, and you listen to it repeatedly every time you right click.. its a little tiresome
When playing bristleback, i need to turn off the sound, cuz all the weird snnifling noises make me want to suicide :<
Edit: Oh, except for the Succubus. I love it when she says "Die smiling" =3

Oh, you mean unit response. Yea, tiresome. Luckly, you can turn that off in dota, without turning off all sounds.

What I loved about LoL was the characters there... Annie for instance "It will be fun" "Have you seen my bear TIbbers? " and so on

I wanted them to not just spam it. I like hearing it, but it gets annoying after some time :/
LoL is a good example. There is a delay of about 8 seconds between them.

Another thing I loved about LoL was Teemo - I would do anything to kill that small smiling bastard. The game was cute and so, but that was about it.

yeah, units responses are tiring to hear, I once Lol'ed at Anuba'rak and other Scourge heroes saying "for the lich king!" when I was actually playing in the sentinel's side xD

They meant like "GO for the lich king"
