Sentinel vs Scourge or something else ?

How do you think guys ? in DotA we have Sentinel and Scourge,At DotA2 would you have new faction name or you like old faction like at DotA ?

I would like new faction names personally but idk I guess it depends on the names that they replace them with if its a good or bad idea

Yea, and then u see pudge, leoric, necro, clinkz and undying in sentinels base and root, lina, tide, es and puck in undeads base. I have never given to much thoughts about factions. Those were just cosmetic details for me, nothing else. But we ll see, myb they can come up with something new.

well, faction names didn't realy affect the game in any way, it would be a small, but maybe nice change..

for me the name sentinel and scourge its just ok,it sounds nice and cool just focus in the gaming system.hehehehe i love this dota2 forever! Laughing

The only reason that happened was because AP was enabled. Standard mode made it completely Sent heroes vrs Scourge heroes as it was back in v1.1 which I found more fun but then again, it was always a lobby rush for Sent heroes. I do like the cosmetic idea though. The inevitable fight between life and death.

That would be making it a completely different game.
They'll replicate DotA and maybe put out custom maps later on after things settle down.

The Sentinel and The Scourge aren't bad. but, having new factions would certainly make the game more Interesting. especially if the game had a different back story.

The names of the two fighting teams isn't really that important Razz
